Gtx 770 metro last light benchmark3/17/2024 ![]() On 1920x1200p + VH settings my fps is around 50-70 fps, and in the most populated areas I have seen 40 fps dip once, but I never seen anything that bad like 25 fps (as this benchmark shows). Although benchmark shows 25-30 fps dips (55 fps average in final score) I never seen 25-30 fps during actual game. textures are MUCH BETTER, many of them use addiitonal effects that make them look great (paralax mapping ?)Īlso performance isnt that bad. lighting looks impressive, it brings aliveness into the scene (just notice how lighting is casting onto characters) In redux theres almost no empty places, theres a lot more decorations (even spider's web with spiders etc ) After redux I played original 2033, and I was shocked how flat that game looks compared to redux. IMHO Redux looks better than crysis 3 now (at least indoor areas). My final and last opinion about redux is, IT LACKS VOLUMETRIC LIGHTINGS IN FEW PLACES, AND MAYBE PHYSX IS WORSE, BUT the rest of the game does looks much much better. But if you compare post process AA from Original (AAA) vs Redux (it looks like SMAA + temporal filters), than you will see, that redux impementation looks MUCH SHARPER. Click to expand.Original Metro 2033 used MSAAx4, redux is using post process AA (on very high settings), thats why there's small bluriness compared to MSAAx4.
